• Participate in transactions between Traders

All transactions are conducted directly between Traders. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before entering into any transaction.

7. Fees and Payments

Meatex Europe operates on a zero-commission model. Basic listing and browsing services are provided free of charge. We may offer premium services for a fee, which will be clearly communicated before purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Meatex Europe or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meatex Europe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meatex Europe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law
